The challenge
Company formation in Dubai is a crowded, high-intent market. Dozens of firms bid on the same keywords, and the cost per click is high because every one of those clicks can be a valuable client. Standing out takes more than just showing up.
Trust is the other half of the problem. Clients are choosing who to hand a major, often unfamiliar, decision to. A new advisory brand has to earn both visibility and credibility at the same time, starting from zero, against firms that have been ranking and advertising for years.
And like real estate, the value is in the lead. An enquiry that isn’t captured and followed up quickly is a client who books with someone else.

The Solution
We built the site on Next.js with a CMS the team controls, structured around the services and questions clients actually search. Instead of one generic “business setup” page, we built dedicated pages for the real decisions: free zone versus mainland, banking, visas, compliance, restructuring, and holding structures, plus a blog of practical, genuinely useful guides that answer the questions clients ask before they buy.
That content does double duty. It ranks for the long tail of specific searches, and it builds the credibility a high-trust service needs, so by the time someone contacts the firm they already trust it.
On paid, we ran Google Search campaigns to capture people actively searching for setup help, and Meta lead-gen and retargeting campaigns to reach the much larger pool of people who fit the profile but aren’t searching yet. Meta carried most of the lead volume, Google captured the highest intent, and every lead flows into a CRM with automated tracking and follow-up.

The result

The takeaway
For a high-trust service like company formation, the winning move is to pair search-led SEO with Meta lead-gen. One reaches the people actively looking, the other reaches everyone who fits but hasn’t started looking, and a single tracked pipeline makes sure no lead is wasted.
