Takween Aldar
Dubai luxury real estate
Scroll to explore
Takween Aldar is a Dubai real estate agency for buying, selling, and investing in property, covering off-plan projects, apartments, villas, townhouses, and penthouses across the city’s main communities. We built it end to end: the website, the CMS, the SEO program, and the paid campaigns that bring in buyers. It runs on our infrastructure.

The challenge
Dubai real estate is one of the most competitive search markets in the world. Hundreds of agencies, plus the big portals, chase the same buyers on the same keywords. A new agency doesn’t just start behind, it starts invisible.
Takween Aldar came to us with no website, no search presence, and no paid pipeline. There was no way for a buyer searching “apartments for sale in JVC” or “sell my property in Dubai” to ever find them. And in a market this crowded, being a few positions down the page is the same as not existing.
On top of that, real estate runs on speed of response. A lead that isn’t answered fast is a lead lost to the next agency. So whatever we built had to capture enquiries and route them to agents without anything falling through the cracks.

The Solution
We built the platform from the ground up. A fast Next.js site, paired with a Strapi CMS so the team can manage listings, off-plan projects, agents, and content without a developer. Speed mattered, for users and for search, so performance was built in from the start.
The SEO was shaped around how people actually search for property. We built programmatic landing pages for each combination that matters: area, property type, and bedroom count (apartments for sale in JVC, villas in Dubai Hills, studios in Dubai South, and so on), plus area guides, buyer and seller guides, developer pages, and a blog. That gives the site a page to rank for almost any specific search a buyer or investor might run.
On paid, we ran Google Search campaigns on high-intent terms and Meta lead-gen and retargeting campaigns, each pointing to dedicated landing pages built to convert. Every lead form feeds straight into a CRM, where enquiries are tracked, assigned, and followed up automatically. We were one of the first to push apartment sales hard on Google Ads in this market, while most agencies still relied on portals.

The result
Dubai real estate is one of the most competitive search markets in the world. Hundreds of agencies, plus the big portals, chase the same buyers on the same keywords. A new agency doesn’t just start behind, it starts invisible.

The takeaway
In a market this crowded, the win comes from building the site, the SEO, and the paid funnel as a single system. Do that, and a brand-new agency can go from invisible to ranking #1 for high-intent terms and generating hundreds of tracked leads within months.
